Interweb Dreams and the Dubious Ellipsis

Welcome!
This is the obligatory 1st post so let's get right to it shall we?
I'm a Singer/Songwriter currently living under a rock in Houston, Texas!
I don't get out much other than to get my daily coffee, go for some
vocal coaching, or have a meeting with the great Gary who makes
all my Interweb dreams come true!
Every now and then you might catch me at a local record store,
Fry's Electronics or a guitar store from time to time,
but for the most part I'm writing and recording.

All in all it 's a grand existence.

I'll be posting through Google's "Blogger" but it will be showing
up on my website. If you're already there, thanks for visiting!
You'll find a lot of content that you're not going to find on my
Myspace or Facebook. This blog will be the home base for all my
under-cooked ideas and updates ranging from shows,to new tunes,
to snarky details you won't find anywhere else.

On that note I'll leave you with a few just such snarky coffee thoughts
to mull over and get back to me on...

1. Why do I consistently hear scientists on educational programming
referencing large amounts of energy back to that of some
multiplication of energy released by bombs dropped on
Hiroshima and/or Nagasaki?
Does any viewer have any concept of this?

Scientist: "The earthquake released six times as much energy as that
of the bomb detonated over Hiroshima!"

Bubba Viewer: "Hmmm... Yeah yeah! I git it!"

2. Ever notice the ellipsis at the end of reviewer quotes for infomercial products?
e.g. - "It's so easy..." -The Boston Globe

Don't you ever wonder what the entire sentence was?
Perhaps something like,

"It's so easy..."
"but it's such a piece of crap that it's not worth your time and money!"
or maybe

"It's so easy..."
"to get your fingers maimed in this contraption!"

or even

"It's so easy..."
"you'll think you've been drugged like back in college."

Just a thought.
