Nasal Armageddon and the Grammatical Doldrums

So I've had a fierce head cold for the past four days and it has slowed every productive thing I'm doing down to a crawl. I was recording for the past two days at Eighth Note Productions with Randy Miller, Sandy Stewart, and David Munday and it was such and honor to be there with all of them focusing on my little song! These are the people that have done some amazing work with some amazing talent over the years, talent you'd definitely know. A lot was accomplished in a total of 10 hours studio time! A record for me! Alas, the vocals were left for another day due to my nasal Armageddon. I did get a chance to snap some photos of everyone diligently working while I was in my weakened state of illness. I also took some video footage that I'll have to sift through later, but as you can already see I've loaded this blog up with some of the pics from the past two days. Enjoy.
The photos start with Randy engineering and filling in some bass parts under the scrupulous eye of Sandy. The next two are David filling out parts with harmonica.

So all this illness leads to one fact of bad news, which is that since the vocals can't get done before I head to Australia on Tuesday I'm not going to have "Separate Directions" ready for sale by then, which pushes everything back by at least two weeks! Frustrating, but this is how the nefarious "They" say it goes. Hang in there though and all will be revealed shortly!
While proof-reading this I've realized how grammatically boring I get when sick.
-me.
