Here's a sneak-peek at an up and coming song that's still in it's adolescence at the moment. I wrote all this great music for it, but neglected to apply my own rule of writing lyrics and music together. What can I say? I was on a roll when the music hit me.
PS- I NEED A HAIRCUT BAD! Check out the little wisp of hair on the right side of me peaking out from behind my ear. This is how I know. That, and when it looks like crap.
Below are some photos taken a couple of weeks ago at Houston Sound while mastering Separate Directions for the second time. I'm so glad we did though! By the way, that single will be for sale soon! I'm just waiting for the iTunes okie-dokie. I'll be blabbing all about it when it's up though, don't you worry!
Oh, and funny thing, the drummer for Bonnie Raitt, Eric Clapton, Robert Cray and many more, was in on the first day I was there to master. Crazy looking guy. Cool though.
