There are many a new acquisition around here.
Also, a new song I've mentioned previously is coming along nicely, well, arduously, but coming along none-the-less. It's about beating back the fears of going out and getting what you want out of life. Ironically it's quite a weighty subject for the music I've put to it, but I think the juxtaposition of music to vocal melody really makes it something special.
In other news, I have this idea that's been swimming around in my head lately of live streaming a 20-30 minute jam session on www.ustream.tv. I have a friend who has been doing a show on there for a few weeks and it seems to be going well, and since I have many a friend in many a different place around this fair world, I thought it might be cool if everyone could get a chance to stop by the show and catch a bit of some of the stuff I've been working on.
I'll ask around and see what times people have available and post the results here and schedule it accordingly.
