Featured here are pictures of a stray Black Labrador Pup who is approximately 6 months old. He's been hanging around my father's company's equipment yard for the past month.
At first he wouldn't let any of the employees who work there near him, running off each time they tried. After a week or so they were able to get close enough to pet him, thankfully, since his collar was starting to get far too tight for him.
For now he hangs around watching the guys do their work, taunting them to play from time to time, but it's been cold and the guys aren't able to be there on the weekends. They've been feeding him each morning during the week, and I stopped over this afternoon with food and water, but I'd really like to see our buddy have a proper home with a responsible and caring family (obviously something he didn't have before).
The guys have tentatively named him Solobino, roughly meaning "loner" in Spanish, considering he seems to be one at the moment. But let's try to change that shall we!?
I'm officially putting the word out about Solobino to try to put him in a great home. He's super friendly and LOVES to play! He's big even though he's only still a pupper but I can't imagine he's getting any bigger. I can tell just from my little time with him that he'll be a great friend to someone!
Please tell anyone and everyone you can about my new buddy.
