The new news is that I've been working my ass off lately on new songs. My iTunes hates me at the moment from being over-worked with all the versions of bounces I've been loading onto it to drive around with. A few years ago I found that the best way to tell if your mix holds up is to play it in the car! Fool-proof I say (and I'm quite the fool, at times).
Companion news includes big ideas about a television show I have up my sleeve. We'll see if I can figure out how those work.
